The MentorMate University Foundation Program is a six-month training program that provides tutoring to help ambitious talents launch their careers as software engineers, data engineers, or quality engineers. During the program, you will receive both theoretical knowledge and practical assignments. Depending on your knowledge and career interests, you’ll focus on a specific area: software development (with .NET, Java, React, or React Native), data engineering, or quality engineering. Learn from MentorMate University’s highly qualified Software Talent Trainers and collaborate with some of the industry’s most intelligent and motivated minds.
In the first two months of the Foundation Program, you’ll learn the basics of software development, data engineering, or quality engineering and get to know your teammates and Software Talent Trainers. You’ll meet with the Software Talent Trainers twice a week, for two hours each. Those meetings will guide you through the program and help you develop your IT skills.
This two-month period provides an overview of MentorMate’s approach and prepares you to succeed in the next training phase. This period is highly intensive. Be ready to invest 40 hours a week in developing a demo project that prepares you for a real-work environment. You will use various technologies based on your career interest. During this period, we invest in your professional growth by providing training materials and guidance from experienced Software Talent Trainers. Additionally, the top performers are offered scholarships and the opportunity to join MentorMate after finishing this phase.
By the time you reach the third phase, you’ll have substantial knowledge in software development, data engineering, or quality engineering, some practical experience, and the opportunity to grow your expertise further. We will keep powering your career growth by providing training materials and guidance from the Software Talent Trainers. Furthermore, the top performers in this stage will also be granted scholarships.
You’ve just paved the way for your career growth as an engineer. The top-performing graduates will receive an offer for permanent employment at MentorMate. Graduating from the Foundation Program gives you a holistic view of the engineering field, enhances your technical skills, and familiarizes you with cutting-edge technologies. We value our employees and share our success through competitive pay and benefits, advancement opportunities, and flexible working models.
Over the years, we’ve gained solid experience in conducting different Foundation Programs. Since the beginning, the interest in our programs has continued to grow, and so has the number of applicants. Our statistics show that the Foundation Programs are highly competitive.
